All Gold Standard Lighting products include a manufacturer warranty. Warranty is subject to product failure under normal operating conditions and is only valid with the original purchase order number. Warranty does not cover improper installation or failure due to water exposure. If product failure occurs under normal operating conditions, the product can be sent in to be repaired or replaced.
If a product is defective on arrival (DOA), customer has 14 days to notify Gold Standard Lighting at which point a return shipping label will be provided. If product failure occurs after 14 days, customer will be responsible for return shipping.
If product is repaired or replaced, return shipping charges will be covered by Gold Standard Lighting . If the product is sent back and deemed to be in working condition, customer will be responsible for any further shipping costs.

Refund / Exchange Policy
Uninstalled items returned within 30 days of reception qualify for a no-hassle refund, subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items returned between 31-60 days qualify for a no-hassle refund, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for shipping fees incurred to return the item. After 60 days from the date of purchase, orders no longer qualify for a refund and cannot be returned. If your item has already been installed on your vehicle, it is not eligible for a refund. Items must be returned in original packaging and in perfect condition to be eligible for a refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are typically done on Thursdays of each week.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Before shipping anything out. Please make sure to print and fill out the RMA form. This form allows us to properly process your return or warranty. It is important that this form is filled out completely and put inside your package when shipping back.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Gold Standard Lighting is not liable for any damage that may occur when shipping an item to us and for this reason we recommend adding insurance to your package. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
